VIRTUAL MAILBOX & SHIPPING SERVICES — TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By registering for and using a mailbox address or any shipping service provided by Blue Line Shipping LLC (operating as CARGO2LAGOS and All Africa Cargo), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Blue Line Shipping LLC ("the Company").

1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering for a mailbox address or any shipping account with the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, valid government-issued identification, current address, and contact details.

• Any account opened using a false identity, fictitious name, stolen identification, or materially misleading information will be considered fraudulent.


• Upon discovery of fraudulent registration, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice.


• Any goods held, in transit, or awaiting shipment associated with a fraudulently registered account are subject to immediate forfeiture to the Company. The Customer shall have no claim to such goods, and the Company may dispose of, retain, or surrender forfeited goods to the appropriate authorities at its sole discretion. The Company shall bear no liability for any loss arising from this forfeiture.

2. LAWFUL USE OF MAILBOX ADDRESS & SHIPPING SERVICES

Customers are strictly prohibited from using the mailbox address or any service provided by the Company for any unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose. All use of Company services must comply with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving, storing, forwarding, or shipping illegal, controlled, or restricted substances


• Handling counterfeit, pirated, or trademark-infringing goods


• Shipping undeclared weapons, ammunition, or explosive materials


• Facilitating fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or financial crimes


• Any activity that violates US export control laws, customs regulations, or international trade sanctions


• Using the address to deceive third parties, government agencies, financial institutions, or carriers

3. Regulatory Compliance

Customers bear full and sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable shipping, customs, and import/export regulations, including but not limited to:

• US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements


• Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations


• International Air Transport Association (IATA) dangerous goods rules


• Destination country import laws and restrictions


• Carrier-specific terms and conditions, including those of Ethiopian Airlines, Delta, and United Airlines

Ignorance of applicable laws or regulations shall not constitute a defense and shall not limit the Customer's liability.

4. CUSTOMER LIABILITY

The Customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for all shipments processed through their account. The Company shall not be held liable for:

• Fines, penalties, seizures, or forfeitures arising from prohibited items or misdeclaration


• Delays, losses, or damage resulting from regulatory non-compliance


• Legal action initiated by government authorities, carriers, or third parties due to Customer conduct


• Any costs, fees, or expenses incurred as a result of Customer violations

Service may be suspended or permanently terminated, without refund, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES

The Company reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, customs authorities, regulatory bodies, and any other government entity when legally required to do so, or when the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect illegal activity associated with a customer's account or shipment. Such cooperation may include disclosure of account information, shipment records, and identity documentation without prior notice to the Customer.

6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & RIGHT OF REFUSAL

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, suspend, or permanently terminate any customer account at any time, including but not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent registration or identity misrepresentation


• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions


• Instructions or requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities


• Any conduct deemed harmful to the Company, its partners, or its operations

Terminated accounts will not be eligible for reinstatement and may be reported to relevant authorities and industry partners.

7. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By activating or using a mailbox address or shipping account with Blue Line Shipping LLC, you confirm that:

• All registration information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful


• You will use Company services exclusively for legal purposes


• You have verified the legality of all items prior to shipping


• You understand and accept the forfeiture provisions outlined in Section 1


• You accept full liability for any violations and their consequences
